How to go live - Airalo Developer Platform

Once you’ve completed testing in the sandbox and resolved any issues, you can request your live credentials.

💡

Please note that switching to Live will delete any sandbox products (only Airalo eSIM products), and the packages from the Live environment will be synced.

Collect the LIVE credentials

If you encounter any issues with the credentials, follow the same steps as you did in the sandbox setup.

Set the live Credentials in the Airalo Plugin page

Airalo eSIM plan synchronisation

Switch the environment to Live in the Airalo Plugin, then click “Sync now” to begin syncing products.

Set up your official email communications

Prices

Configure pricing for production, using the same methods as in the sandbox setup.

Switch your payment gateway to production mode.

Perform test purchases in production

If you don’t need the eSIM purchased during testing, you can contact our support team to request a refund.
