IT Admin Portal

The SSOJet Admin Portal transforms how you deliver SaaS functionality to your customers. This intuitive console allows you to activate and configure self-service features directly within your application, granting your customers greater control and reducing your support burden.

Activation and Configuration#

Navigate to Widgets: Access the Admin Portal section within your SSOJet dashboard and locate the "Widgets" menu.
Select the Admin Portal: Choose "Admin Portal" from the available widget options.
Activate and Configure Features: A list of pre-built modules will appear, each representing a specific SaaS feature you can offer to your customers. Simply click on a module to activate it and access its configuration options.

Customization#

The Portal interface provides granular control over each module. You can enable or disable features as needed, define configuration parameters, and tailor the overall user experience for your customers. For instance, clicking on the "Profile" module allows you to configure profile-related functionalities that your customers can manage directly within the Admin Portal.

Access Control#

Beyond feature availability, the Admin Portal experience is further personalized through user roles and permissions. Even if a feature is activated, individual users will only see options they have explicit access to. This ensures a secure and role-based environment for your customers, granting them the specific controls they require.
