Configure Custom Domain

Using a custom domain allows you to access SSOJet services through a URL that reflects your brand. This means instead of the default SSOJet login page URL, users will see your company's domain name within the address bar, fostering a more familiar and secure experience.

Benefits of a Custom Domain:#

Enhanced Brand Recognition: Reinforce your brand identity by showcasing your domain name during login and authentication flows.
Increased User Trust: A familiar domain name instills confidence in users, knowing they're interacting with your legitimate platform.
Improved Phishing Protection: Custom domains make it harder for phishers to create deceptive login pages that mimic SSOJet.

Configuration Steps#

Access the Branding Section: Login to your SSOJet dashboard and navigate to the "Branding" section.
Locate Custom Domain: Within the branding options, you'll find a dedicated section for "Custom Domain."
Configure Your Domain: Follow the on-screen instructions provided by SSOJet to configure your custom domain. This involves adding specific DNS records to your domain registrar's control panel.

Additional Considerations#

Limited Domains per Environment: You can configure one custom domain per SSOJet environment and up to two domains in total.
