If you've decided to delete your account, follow these simple steps in your Account Settings to permanently delete your account and associated data from Apidog.
Before proceeding with the deletion process, ensure that you have backed up any data you wish to keep, as all associated data can not be restored.
Deleting your Apidog account will also delete any API projects, documentation, and other data associated with your account. Please make sure to handle your credits and pricing plan in advance.
Proceed with caution when deleting your Apidog account.
How to Delete Your Apidog Account
To delete an Apidog account, follow these steps:
Log in to your Apidog account.
Click your avatar icon in the top right corner to open
My accountin the left sidebar, and choose
- When you click the
Deletebutton, a warning message will appear. Confirm that you wish to delete your account by clicking
Go to quit.
Your account will now be deleted, and all associated data will be permanently removed from Apidog.
How to Delete Your Apidog Account in A Team
When you delete your Apidog account, please quit or dismiss the My Workspace team before deleting the account.
Select your team and navigate to the
Danger Zone, you can choose to transfer ownership of the team or dismiss the team.
Transfer or Dismiss the Team
- Transfer the Team: You can select a team member to become the new owner and click
OKto transfer ownership successfully.
- Dismiss the Team: Click
Dismissto dismiss the team, enter the team name, and confirm it.
To access your account settings, select
My accountin the left sidebar.
You can click on the
Deletebutton. Simply click on
Go to quitto confirm that you want to delete your account.
